The contractor did overcharge us but Jennifer took on some of the costs so I wouldn't have to overpay. She really went above and beyond.
I think the owner's statement has great information to keep track of what the costs are. I also like that Jennifer can hire and pay landscapers if tenants don't want to take care of that. I can say from experience that not all companies offer that.
